JX202 Plastomer APP-Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane is produced by impregnating substrate with modified bitumen using atactic polypropylene (APP) or polyolefin polymer (APAO/APO) as modifier, coated on both sides, and finished with fine sand, mineral granules/flakes or PE film on upper surface.

Application Scope

• Waterproofing for roof projects of industrial and civil buildings;

• Waterproofing for subways, tunnels, bridge decks of concrete-paved roads;

• Waterproofing for water conservancy facilities such as canals and pools.

Product Features

• Alkali-free fiberglass mat membrane — combination of economical substrate and high-performance APP-modified bitumen. High tensile strength, excellent high-low temperature performance, good damage resistance, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and weatherability, favorable workability.

• Forms high-strength waterproof layer with outstanding hydrostatic pressure resistance;

• High tensile strength and large elongation, great adaptability to substrate shrinkage, deformation and cracking;

• Excellent high-low temperature performance, good corrosion, mildew and weather resistance;

• Resistant to piercing, puncture, tearing and fatigue;

• Good construction performance. Hot-melt bonding is applicable all year round with reliable and durable hot-welded seams;

Transportation & Storage

During storage and transport, keep different types and specifications separate. Avoid sunlight and rain; ensure good ventilation. Storage temperature: ≤50°C. Store vertically in a single layer; up to two vertical layers during transit. Avoid tilting and horizontal compression. Cover with a tarpaulin if necessary. Shelf life: 1 year from production date under proper conditions.
