JX300 Spray-applied Water-soluble Rubber Waterproof Coating is a single-component waterproof coating prepared by polymer complexation technology. It inherits environmental friendliness and easy construction of water-based coatings. With multiple special additives, it features excellent adhesion after curing, high elongation, anti-sagging, and anti-slip properties. It is specially designed for composite waterproofing with membranes on underground vertical walls, and optimally applied by mechanical spraying.

Scope of Application

Suitable for waterproofing of underground works and concrete roof projects of industrial and civil buildings. When combined with waterproof membranes, it forms a composite waterproof system of "Coating + Membrane".

Product Features

• Single-component, ready-to-use once the bucket is opened, easy construction; Water-based, solvent-free, cold application, safe and eco-friendly;

• Easy to achieve required thickness on vertical surfaces with the fast drying feature. Applicable on wet substrates to shorten construction period;

Construction Workflow

Substrate Treatment → Coating + Non-woven Fabric for Detail Reinforcement → Multi-coat Application to Reach Design Thickness → Inspection & Acceptance → Waterproof Membrane Pasting → Overlap Joint Treatment → Inspection & Acceptance → Finished Product Protection

Construction Method

• Substrate Treatment: The substrate shall be solid, flat, dust-free and oil-free. Grind or repair uneven areas and slab joint offsets.

• Detail Reinforcement Construction: Reinforce internal/external corners and construction joints with "coating + non-woven fabric" (60~80g/㎡ fabric is recommended). Apply one coat of coating at detail joints, lay non-woven fabric for reinforcement before surface drying of coating, press it tightly, then re-coat on top of the fabric.

• Large-area Application: Mechanical spraying is preferred (roller coating is also acceptable). Adopt cross-spraying method. The wet film thickness of each spray pass shall not exceed 1.0mm. Spray evenly without bare substrate or material accumulation.

• Spray the second coat after the first coat dries. The third coat can be applied after the second coat dries (adjust the third coat dosage according to design thickness and on-site measured thickness). The waterproof membrane can only be laid after coating drying and acceptance.

Notes

• Do not add water to dilute the coating.

• Optimal construction temperature interval: 5℃-35℃. Construction is prohibited when temperature＜0℃ or on rainy days (including forecasted rain within 6 hours after construction).

• The interval between two coating passes should not exceed 24 hours.

Transportation & Storage

• Protect from rain, direct exposure to sunbeam and freezing during transportation. Avoid squeezing and collision, keep package intact.

• Store in dry, ventilated and cool place. Storage temperature for liquid component: 5℃~40℃.
