JX320 "Self-adhesive Partner" High-Solid Adhesive is a new high-penetration cement-based interface reinforcing material composed of polymer emulsion and multi-functional additives, featuring good sealing and strong penetration. When directly sprayed onto concrete substrates, it penetrates into concrete and activates cement hydration reaction, so as to improve concrete watertightness, compressive strength and wear resistance, and enhance membrane bonding strength. It effectively prevents hollowing, peeling and mildew of decorative layers on gypsum powder base.

Suitable for sanding treatment on concrete and cement substrates.

Construction Process

• Substrate Cleaning: Remove dust and loose particles, wet the substrate with clean water.

• Mixing: Mix adhesive with water, mixing ratio (adhesive : water) ≤1:3.

• Application: After the substrate dries, brush or spray the adhesive onto the base.

• Consumption: 1kg of "Self-adhesive Partner" covers 3.5㎡ for one coat. Actual consumption varies with construction conditions and substrate status.

Notes

Apply the coat must wait for the previous layer dry. Stir evenly if slight sediment occurs; The brushing direction of adjacent coats shall be perpendicular to each other; Proceed with subsequent construction after the coating is fully dried.

Transportation & Storage

Store in cool place above 5℃, avoid sunlight and rain. Prevent collision during transportation.
