Dry‑laid Method

Construction Method

Wet‑laid Procedure

1. Substrate preparation: Remove dust and debris;pre‑wet dry substrate.

2. Mix dedicated bonding agent: cement:water: adhesive =100: 40‑45: 0.5. Mix until lump‑free, sediment‑free and foam‑free.

3. Adjust adhesive thickness to 2‑3mm according to substrate flatness. Spread mortar within laying area; lay membrane immediately after spreading.

4. Peel release film on membrane bottom, lay sheet onto fresh mortar. Lay subsequent sheets in sequence.

5. Beat and roll membrane surface to squeeze out trapped air for tight bonding with mortar.

6. Curing: Allow 24‑48 hours. Higher ambient temperature shortens curing time.

7. For vertical surfaces, temporarily seal membrane end‑termination to prevent rapid water loss.

8. Overlap width ≥80mm, use sheet‑to‑sheet self‑overlap.

Self‑adhesive Procedure

1. Substrate preparation: Keep substrate flat, clean and dry.

2. Prime substrate evenly with primer by roller or spray, avoid missing spots.

3. Install same‑material self‑adhesive reinforcement sheets at detail joints before main‑field laying.

4. Mark layout lines on dry substrate with reserved overlap width.

5. Peel off bottom release film, unroll membrane onto dry substrate. Roll to expel trapped air. Long‑side overlap width: 80mm.

6. Clean joint area before overlapping. Apply sealing compound if needed to achieve tight joint sealing.

Transportation & Storage

Store in well‑ventilated shelter away from sunlight and rain. Storage temperature ≤45℃. Separate different types and specifications. Flat stacking ≤5 layers; vertical storage for single‑roll only. Avoid tilting & crushing during transport; cover with tarpaulin when necessary. Minimum 1 year shelf‑life under proper storage conditions.
