Tianhe Huayuan Project (Block Three) Underground Waterproofing Engineering" is another milestone collaboration between China Communications Construction Group and Jinhong Waterproof Group. Upon completion of the Tianhe Huayuan housing and supporting works, it will enhance infrastructure conditions in Longquanyi District, improve regional development and living environments, boost the district’s development potential, and further accelerate social and economic progress in Longquanyi District.

Project planning total land area:224.54 mu; among which, planned residential land area is 136.53 mu, and total planned building area is 402,357.45 square meters.

Project Location: East of Chuhe Town, Qujiao Road; west of Longquan Mountain Forest Park; south of Heyin Road; north of Helyu Road; adjacent to Dongfeng River.
