On February 1st, the 2023 Annual Launch Meeting of Jin Feng Group was held in grand style at the Dalian Haihua Hotel. Executives and over 300 employees from Jin Feng Group’s Chengdu Company, Dalian Production Base, Chongqing Company, Hainan Production Base, and Guangzhou Branch attended. The meeting reviewed 2022 achievements, outlined 2023 strategies, and conducted relevant training on products and construction.

9:30 AM, amid an inspiring corporate culture reading session, the grand ceremony officially kicked off.

Chairman Ed Da Yi delivered the opening speech, stating thatIn the challenging environment of 2022, Jin Feng Group defied the odds and achieved solid results across all business lines—entirely thanks to the active support of our customers and the collective efforts of every Jin Feng team member. The group has now established a core hub in the west and expanded its market presence nationwide. On this new journey of breakthrough development, Jin Feng people will move forward with determination and boldness!

In 2022, the new production base was fully completed and commissioned, the medium-term strategy secured 221 million yuan in funding, and the municipal business sector exceeded 40 million yuan in mid-year targets—these accomplishments continuously inspire us to push forward.

With planning comes the future! Favorable policy changes in real estate, infrastructure investment acceleration, and new regulatory frameworks have created unprecedented opportunities for the water management industry.In 2023, Jin Feng Group will innovate further in product development, production processes, and management, continuing to focus on green water solutions and intelligent construction, building superior sales channels and a shared growth platform.

At 11:00 AM, the Group CEO and Deputy CEO signed the 2023 sales target responsibility agreements with department heads and business teams. This formal signing clarified the group’s 2023 strategic goals and ensured a strong start and well-planned deployment.
