Since this year, the Market Supervision General Station has followed instructions from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, focusing on industries where 'internal box' competition issues have emerged suddenly, launching a coordinated crackdown in both pricing and anti-unfair competition enforcement.promoting enterprises' transition from 'volume-based pricing' to 'quality-based pricing'.

On one hand, wehave strengthened the legal and regulatory framework, solidifying the legal foundation for deepening the 'internal box' competition rectification. We continue advancing the revision work of the Price Law, studying amendments to the Regulation on Preventing Low-Price Dumping Practices, guiding relevant industry associations to establish cost calculation group standards, and promoting the formation of a '1+1+N' low-price dumping legal system. The General Station issued the Notice on Further Promoting the Implementation of the People's Republic of China Anti-Unfair Competition Law, guiding society to accurately understand the spirit of legal revisions, ensuring effective law enforcement. We released the Guidelines on Pricing Behavior in the Automotive Industry, publicly solicited opinions on the Draft Temporary Provisions on the Supervisory Personnel System (Solicitation of Opinions), guiding enterprises to operate legally and compliantly, actively standardizing competitive behavior.

In the first half of this year, nationwide, a total of 11,465 unfair competition cases were investigated, including 2,005 cases related to online false promotion and commercial bribery. The Ministry conducted targeted operations against quality-related low-price dumping, focusing on industries where 'internal box' competition issues have emerged suddenly, closely linked to business production activities, directly impacting consumer experience, and comprehensively applyingprice enforcement, quality supervision, standard leadershipand other tools,firmly cracking down on intentional low pricing and disorderly competition, resolutely rectifying quality deterioration, fake sales, and similar chaos, accelerating the establishment of long-term supervisory mechanisms to prevent quality-related low-price issues.
