JX352 Polymer Cement JF Waterproof Mortar is mainly composed of water-based polymer emulsion, ordinary Portland cement, and quartz sand, mixed with various modified additives. It offers excellent impermeability and can be applied by thin-layer plastering, with good adhesion and crack resistance. Modified with water-based polymer latex, it releases no organic solvents and causes no environmental pollution.

Suitable for underground structures waterproof, interior and exterior walls of industrial and civil buildings.

Construction Process

• Before applying waterproof mortar, the strength of base concrete and mortar shall reach at least 80% of the design value.

• The substrate shall be flat, solid and clean, free of dust, loose parts and depressions. Oil stains and holes shall be cleaned and repaired.

• Fully wet the substrate before construction. Construction can start after surface water drains away.

• Mix the polymer cement waterproof mortar on site with mortar mixer. Hand mixing is prohibited. For single-component (Type S), water dosage is generally 25%. For two-component (Type D), if dilution is required, water addition shall not exceed 10% of liquid weight. Mixing time shall be 2~3 minutes longer than ordinary mortar. Recommended mixing procedure: mix for 2 min, rest for 2 min, then re-mix for another 2 min for uniform blending.

• Reinforce details such as pipe roots, floor drains, and structural corners. Cut a groove approximately 1 cm in width and depth around the pipe roots. Fill the groove with mortar, apply one coat of mortar, embed mesh cloth, and finally plaster with polymer cement waterproof mortar.

• Keep consistent thickness during plastering, avoid uneven thickness. Each layer shall be tightly bonded and constructed continuously. If construction joint is unavoidable, adopt stepped joints at least 200mm away from internal/external corners. Overlap joints sequentially with tight interlayer connection, overlap width ≥100mm.

• Cure the hardened mortar with clean drinking water (sewage is forbidden). Curing temperature shall not be lower than 5℃.

Transportation & Storage

• This product is non-flammable and non-explosive and can be transported as ordinary goods. Protect it from rain, direct sunlight, frost and package damage during transit.

• Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool place. The storage temperature of the liquid component shall not be lower than 5°C.

• Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
