JX201 Elastomer SBS-Modified Bitumen Chemical Root-Resistant Membrane takes long-fiber polyester felt as substrate. The coating material is SBS-modified bitumen blended with imported chemical root-resistant agent. PE film, fine sand or mineral granules serve as separating layers on both sides.

Scope of Application

Suitable for planting roofs, underground building roof slabs and greening galleries.

Construction Process

Substrate Preparation → Install Conventional Waterproof Layer → Waterproof Layer Acceptance → Snap-line Layout → Install Root-Resistant Waterproof Layer → Lap Seam Treatment → Pass Self-Inspection → Working Surface Hand-over

Transportation & Storage

During storage and transport, stack products of different types and specs separately. Keep away from sunlight and rain, maintain ventilation. Store in stockroom where temperature ≤50℃. Store vertically in single layer; max two vertical layers during transit. Avoid tilting and horizontal compression; cover with tarpaulin as required. Shelf-life: 1 year from production date under proper conditions.
