JX113 TPO Composite Butyl Pre‑applied Waterproofing Membrane uses thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) as the main material instead of conventional HDPE, with a single‑sided butyl self‑adhesive film and release layer. Designed for pre‑laid reverse‑adhesion construction, it overcomes the construction challenges of non‑bituminous polymer self‑adhesive films. The sheet is softer, fitting closely to the substrate, and offers excellent weather resistance and durability. It bonds seamlessly with post‑poured concrete, eliminating the risk of interlayer water channeling and significantly improving the reliability of the waterproof system.

Application Scope

Generally applicable to waterproofing for basement slabs and external waterproofing with internal sticking side walls of industrial & civil buildings. Also for underground projects such as subways, nuclear power projects, urban utility tunnels, cut‑and‑cover tunnels and mined tunnels.

‑Innovative wet‑bonding technology: Cement slurry during concrete pouring reacts and cures with the special polymer on membrane adhesive layer, forming permanent organic integration between membrane and structural concrete without interlayer water channeling. Even if local damage occurs, water will be confined to a tiny area, greatly enhance the reliability of waterproof layer. ‑The waterproof membrane is loosely laid on substrate and immune to substrate settlement and deformation. ‑Excellent impact resistance and puncture resistance. It withstands construction loads and rebar framework impact without extra protection, allowing direct rebar and concrete pouring. ‑Strong chemical corrosion resistance with good tolerance to alkaline water from concrete. Resists domestic waste and biological attack, mould‑proof and corrosion‑resistant. ‑Wet construction, no levelling layer required, low substrate requirement. Transportation & Storage

During transportation and storage, store different product specifications separately without mixing. Avoid sunlight and rain, ensure ventilation. Storage temperature ≤45℃. Flat stacking height shall not exceed 5 layers; vertical storage shall be single layer. Prevent tilting and side compression during transportation; cover with tarpaulin if necessary. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, shelf life is at least 1 year from production date.
