JX330 SSE Spray Rapid-Set Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating is produced by special technology. Component A is formulated with ultra-fine, suspended, microemulsion modified anionic emulsified asphalt and synthetic high polymer. After mixing and reacting with special curing agent (Component B), it forms a high-performance coating for waterproofing, anti-seepage, anti-corrosion and protection.

Scope of Application

• Suitable for new construction and maintenance waterproofing and protection on concrete substrates, including underground foundations, underground structures, wall panels, foundation walls, roofs, and interior building areas.

• Applied to waterproofing and anti-seepage for highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, and culverts.

• Used for waterproof protection of subways, water treatment facilities, landfills, and other projects.

Product Features

• Adopts spray technology with high efficiency. It forms seamless connection to prevent water channeling. Easy construction for irregular and complex-shaped structures.

• Strong substrate adaptability, applicable to reinforced concrete, profiled steel sheets, plastics, masonry and other substrate materials.

• Simple surface preparation for spraying. No leveling layer is required under normal conditions. Direct construction allowed when substrate humidity is less than 80%.

• Continuous operation available during construction.

• The coating boasts outstanding weather resistance, acid & alkali resistance and aging resistance. No top protective layer required, effectively cutting project cost.

• Service life over 50 years. Applicable at temperature ≥5℃. Excellent anti-peeling and anti-puncture performance.

• Forms a solid film within 3~5 seconds after spraying and can bear foot traffic. It features elongation over 15 times, 95% resilience and effective sound insulation.

Construction Process

• It is a two-component spray system. Component A (liquid) and Component B (liquid) are sprayed by dedicated rapid-set spraying equipment at a preset ratio and pressure, curing into a membrane within 3-5 seconds.

• Suitable for hard-to-treat areas such as the crown of mined tunnels and large-area waterproofing projects.

• Before large-area spraying, wait until all additional layers fully cure. Check the integrity of the spray machine. Clean spray guns, raw material pipes, filters, and valves. Verify normal operation of the equipment.

• Carry out spraying by zones with pre-covering protection.

• Adjust nozzle distance, angle, and equipment pressure to meet spraying requirements, ensuring full coverage and uniform coating thickness.

Notes

• Wear protective suit, goggles, gas mask, rubber gloves and other PPE during construction. All safety measures must be implemented.

• Spraying is not recommended under high wind, as material splash will prevent uniform film formation.

• No minimum interval for coating application, the maximum interval shall not exceed 3 hours.

• Seal remaining Component A with nitrogen filling for storage.

Transportation & Storage

Different types of products shall be stacked separately during transportation and storage, no mixing is allowed. Avoid direct sunlight and rain, keep well ventilated. Storage temperature: 5～40℃. Under normal transport and storage conditions, the shelf life of Component A is 6 months from production date.
