JX350 Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Coating is a powdery rigid waterproof material made of special cement, quartz sand and multiple active chemical ingredients. Mix with water into slurry before use and apply onto concrete substrate. After curing, it forms a rigid waterproof layer on concrete surface. Active chemicals penetrate deep into concrete with water, catalyze silicate hydrates inside concrete to generate water-insoluble crystals, filling and blocking capillary pores and microcracks, densifying concrete to improve impermeability and realize waterproof protection.

Scope of Application

Suitable for impermeability and waterproofing works of underground concrete structures, metro, tunnels, sewage treatment tanks, drinking water tanks, sewers, water channels and cement concrete walls.

Construction Process

Apply the coating evenly on the substrate with a stiff brush or roller. Scrub thoroughly when using a stiff brush to ensure deep penetration and tight bonding between the active crystalline chemicals and the concrete. Apply multiple thin coats with curing between passes, ensuring no bare substrate is exposed.

Notes

• Store in ventilated, shaded and dry place at 5℃~35℃.

• Do not add water, other diluents or mix with coatings of other brands.

• Construction ambient temperature ≥5℃.

• Use clean drinking water for mixing and curing; sewage water is forbidden.

• Working environment temperature shall not be lower than 0℃. Construction is not allowed in rain, snow or sandstorm weather.

• Joints and details shall be sealed with flexible waterproof coating.
