Jinxing TPO Composite Tile Makes Its Real-World Debut, Powering the Fengdu Daorong New Energy Base
With the completion of steel structure roof waterproofing construction at the Fengdu Daorong New Energy Base project, it marks Jinxing Waterproofing's new-generation roofing system material — TPO Composite Tile — making its large-scale debut in this key municipal project.
The Fengdu Daorong New Energy Base Project is located in Shuitianping Industrial Park, Fengdu County, Chongqing. It is the third major photovoltaic production base established by Beijing Daorong New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Daorong New Energy') following its factories in Weixian, Hebei and Bengbu, Anhui, serving as a strategic node in its southwest expansion. Upon full completion, the project will achieve a capacity of 500MW solar power generation and 5GW high-efficiency photovoltaic components, significantly advancing Daorong New Energy’s production upgrades and green electricity consumption. It will also deeply integrate into Fengdu’s green industrial ecosystem, establishing a ‘green energy brand’ that drives regional industry clustering, employment growth, and low-carbon transformation.
The photovoltaic component manufacturing workshops demand extremely strict indoor cleanliness, temperature and humidity control, as well as high performance in roof waterproofing and corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, Fengdu’s climate is humid and rainy, with large-span industrial buildings primarily constructed from steel structures. Therefore, waterproofing materials must be carefully selected for superior durability and corrosion resistance. All waterproofing materials for this project were supplied by Jinxing Waterproofing, primarily including:TPO Composite Tile, self-adhesive polymer-modified asphalt waterproof membrane, thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) waterproof membrane, polymer cement JS waterproof coating, non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating, high-elastic one-component polyurethane waterproof coating, among others.
