Chongqing Industrial and Commercial United Deputy Leader Fan Wensheng Visits Jinling Waterproof Group's Hulun Base

On July 6, Fan Wensheng, Deputy Leader of Chongqing Municipal Industrial and Commercial United Front, along with members from the Chongqing Municipal United Front Department (Research Office), visited the Hulun production base of Jinling Waterproof Group. At 10 a.m., accompanied by Wu Tong, Vice Director of the Hulun District Committee for Military Affairs, and Li Yigui, Secretary of the United Front Group, Fan Wensheng conducted an on-site inspection of the Jinling Waterproof Group’s Hulun production base.

Fan Wensheng first visited the Jinling Smart Exhibition Hall, gaining an initial understanding of the company’s brand development journey and corporate culture. Under live demonstrations of the smart factory monitoring system and product application models, he deepened his insight into Jinling’s industrial design capabilities and developed a more vivid perception of the group’s digitalized production lines and intelligent green manufacturing practices.

Under the guidance of the group’s production director, Mr. Wu Tong, visitors arrived at the product exhibition hall, where the general manager provided detailed explanations and key introductions to Jinling’s green waterproof product system and representative products.

During the visit to the military-building activity room, Fan Wensheng learned about the development status of Jinling’s military support department, team structure, and military-building activities, offering full recognition to the group’s organizational work in military-related construction.

Later, Fan Wensheng toured the high-molecular production line, observing the green waterproof material production process. Through this visit, participants further appreciated Jinling Group’s intelligent manufacturing and its commitment to sustainable, low-carbon, and green development principles.

Currently, Hulun is seizing major opportunities such as the construction of the dual-city economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing and the western land-sea new channel. The district is striving to build a central growth pole in the middle part of the Chengdu-Chongqing area, promote integrated urban-rural development, establish a key advanced manufacturing base, accelerate the construction of a digital economy new highland, and develop a livable, open, vibrant, and well-planned new city.
