The Yuxi (Yulin) Expressway runs along the Jinsha River, with a total length of451 kilometers (also known as the 'Hundred Mile Yulin Expressway'), crossing three prefecture-level cities—Yuxi, Liangshan, and Moxi Huayuan, with most of it located within Liangshan Prefecture. The estimated total investment is approximately 82.6 billion RMB.

Length from Yuxi New City to Jinyang Section173.974 kilometers, with a tunnel-to-bridge ratio reaching 92%, making it the section with the highest investment and the highest bridge-to-tunnel ratio among the three sections of the entire Yuxi (Yulin) Expressway project.The Xiaodanlu Tunnel is a double-layered separated-type tunnel, passing through extremely fragile geological zones including limestone, shale, large-scale deformation, and karst collapse water. Waterproofing Materials

The waterproofing materials used for the Xiaodanlu Tunnel include JX100 high-molecular non-asphalt base self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.

JX100 high-molecular non-asphalt base self-adhesive waterproofing membrane consists of a high-molecular sheet base, a single-sided coated high-molecular self-adhesive layer, and a protective layer. It is designed for pre-applied anti-crack waterproofing applications. After reacting with liquid asphalt mortar, it forms a seamless, integrated bond between the waterproof layer and the soil structure, eliminating interlayer water infiltration risks and significantly enhancing the durability and reliability of the waterproof system.

Applications: Underground civil structures, external internal wall waterproofing; railways, nuclear power plants, urban utility tunnels, open-cut tunnels, buried tunnels, etc.
